Home Watch service is what it sounds like; we watch your home.   Along with the home watch services we also provide 24/7/365 availability as your local point of contact should emergencies arise.

 

 

Services included below, but we are happy to customize a plan as needed by the property owner.

Exterior:

•          Confirm all windows and doors are secure

•          Replace any exterior lighting that is not in working order

•          Walk the property and visually inspect any outdoor furniture

•          Check for any signs of pests

•          Monitor Landscaping

•          Maintain pool and/or spa pumps including checking or cleaning filters

 

Interior:

•          Ensure AC / Heat thermostats are properly functioning

•          Run faucets in sinks and tub and flush toilets

•          Run Dishwasher and washer and dryer

•          Check for any visual water leaks in ceiling & walls

•          Check for any signs of insects or rodents

•          Check smoke & carbon monoxide detectors and change batteries when needed

•          Check air filters and change when needed

•          Check the electrical panel for tripped breakers

•          Open and close blinds & drapes

•          Replace burnt out light bulbs

•          Confirm refrigerator and freezer are working properly

•          Test security system if applicable
